Challenge:
The City of Columbia wanted to prevent excessive paper consumption by offering customers the option to pay utility bills online. The challenge was to present this information in an engaging manner to the public as a still graphic image that would be played in a loop with a series of other videos..
Solution:
The title was given to me so clearly green was the solution. The word “paperless” has a weightless, airy feel to it so I created a background of disappearing clouds.
